These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the entire relationship between you (the "Client", "user", or "you") and Growth Labs Inc. (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the Love Patterns website and the products and services offered through it (together, the "Service").

Before any distance contract is concluded, you are provided with the text of this Agreement electronically. By using the Service, you confirm it has been made available to you.

By visiting, registering for, or using the Service, you grant your full consent to be bound by this Agreement and by our Privacy Policy. You are bound both by the current configuration of the Service and by future changes to it.

Using the Service does not grant you any ownership rights over the content, data, or materials available through it.

You should carefully read this Agreement before using the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• Agreement — this agreement for providing the Service, concluded online between the Company and the Client.
• Client / user / you — a user of the Company's Service.
• Company — Growth Labs Inc., registered at #314 - 222 Baseline rd, Sherwood Park, AB T8H 1S8, Canada.
• Privacy Policy — the Company's privacy policy published on the Service.
• Service / Products — the digital content and digital services available through the Service, including the Love Patterns quiz, your Love Pattern result, and the paid Solo Report and Couple Report. Products may be free or paid. Availability may vary by country and language.
• Solo Report — the paid, personalized report describing your individual Love Pattern in detail.
• Couple Report — the paid report describing the dynamic between you and your partner, unlocked when both partners have completed the quiz.
• Partner invite — a link sent by a Solo Report + Couple Report buyer to invite a partner to complete the quiz and unlock the Couple Report.
• Distance contract — a contract concluded between the Company and the Client through the Company's online system.

2. Changes to these Terms

The Company may modify or update this Agreement from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Service.

We may notify you of material changes by email to the address you provided or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you agree to the updated Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Accounts

To access your purchased reports, you create an account by providing a valid email address. Sign-in is by magic link sent to your email; we do not require you to create or manage a password.

You are responsible for the security of the email account associated with your Love Patterns account and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

If we discover or believe that information you provided is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion.

5. The Service

The Service offers a personality quiz based on The Source personality framework and, on purchase, generates one or more digital reports. Based on your responses to the quiz, our software identifies your Love Pattern (one of eight patterns) and generates the corresponding Solo Report. When two partners have both completed the quiz through a partner invite, the Service also generates the corresponding Couple Report for that pattern pair.

All products are digital; no physical goods are delivered. Access to your reports is provided through your Love Patterns account.

We may offer optional add-on or discounted products from time to time, which you may choose to purchase.

Available products and features may vary by region.

6. Not professional advice

The Service, including your Love Pattern quiz result, Solo Report, Couple Report, and all related content, is provided for informational and self-reflection purposes only.

The Service is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional care or relationship counseling. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of anything you read in the Service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, relationship crisis, or emergency, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Your Love Pattern and the reports we generate are based on your self-reported answers interpreted through The Source personality framework. They are not a clinical or scientific assessment, and we make no representation that they are diagnostically accurate.

7. Orders and payments

7.1 Products and prices.

The Service currently offers the following paid products:

• Solo Report + Couple Report bundle: US $47.00, one-time purchase. Includes your full Solo Report and, upon your partner completing the quiz through a partner invite, the Couple Report.
• Partner Solo Report: US $23.00, one-time purchase, available only to partners who have completed the quiz through a partner invite. Includes the invited partner's own Solo Report.

Prices are shown in US Dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and disclosed before you confirm your purchase.

7.2 One-time purchases; no subscription.

All Love Patterns products are one-time purchases. There is no trial period and there are no recurring or subscription charges. Purchasing a Love Patterns product does not enroll you in any subscription or automatic renewal.

7.3 Placing an order.

To purchase, you complete the quiz (or accept a partner invite and complete the quiz), select a product, and provide a valid payment method. You agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

7.4 Price changes.

We may change product prices from time to time. The price applicable to your purchase is the price shown at the time you place your order.

7.5 Billing descriptor.

Charges will appear on your statement as "LOVEPATTERNS" or a similar variation.

7.6 Payment processing.

Your payments are handled by a third-party payment processor over a secure, encrypted connection. We do not store your full payment card details. We are not liable for issues or disputes arising from the third-party payment processor, and we may change processors from time to time.

8. Refund policy

You may request a full refund of any Love Patterns purchase within 7 days of your purchase by contacting hello@lovepatterns.org from the email address associated with your account. No specific reason is required.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After 7 days from the date of purchase, purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

9. Partner invites and Couple Reports

The Service allows a Solo Report + Couple Report buyer to invite a partner via a unique invite link. When you send a partner invite, and when a partner accepts a partner invite, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The invited partner will be asked to complete the Love Patterns quiz and provide their name and email address.
• Once both partners have completed the quiz, the Couple Report generated from the two patterns will be accessible to both partners through their respective accounts.
• The Couple Report content reflects the dynamic between the two patterns and, by its nature, is shared content between the two partners.
• If either partner retakes the quiz after the Couple Report has been generated, the Couple Report may be regenerated to reflect the newer pattern combination.

If you are the invited partner, you are not required to purchase any Love Patterns product to view the Couple Report. Your own Solo Report is available for separate purchase at the partner rate described in Section 7.1.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the Service; share, resell, or distribute the content; reverse-engineer or copy the Service; access it through unauthorized means; attempt to access another user's account or reports without authorization; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

11. Intellectual property

All content and materials in the Service, including the quiz, The Source personality framework as applied in the Service, the Solo Report and Couple Report content, text, design, and software, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service and the reports you have purchased for your own personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. Love Patterns is a self-reflection tool and not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or crisis support.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your breach of this Agreement.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of this Agreement or for any conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account. Termination or closure of your account does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in Section 8.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your personal data.

17. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts located in Alberta, Canada will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this Agreement, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your place of residence.

18. Miscellaneous

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Entire agreement. This Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights under this Agreement. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

19. Minors

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact hello@lovepatterns.org. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide (including your age) is accurate and complete.
