7-day, no-questions-asked
If you're not happy with your Love Patterns purchase — for any reason, or no reason at all — email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no friction, no questions.
What's covered
Every paid Love Patterns product — the full Solo Report, the partner discount, and any bundle — is covered by the 7-day refund window.
How to request a refund
Email hello@lovepatterns.org from the address you bought under, with "Refund" in the subject. You don't have to tell us why. We aim to process refunds within 5 business days back to your original payment method through Stripe. Bank posting time depends on your bank.
After the 7 days
After the 7-day window we generally can't refund a purchase, but we still read every email. If something went wrong on our end, write in and we'll make it right.
Chargebacks
We'd much rather refund you directly than have you file a chargeback — it's faster for you and less painful for us. Email us first and we'll take care of it.
